Give an example of where you assisted a client to identify and/or work towards the achievement of a rehabilitation goal.

Please provide examples where you have demonstrated digital, verbal and written clinical communication with effective interpersonal skills.

12. Essential Criteria:
Please outline your experience in clinical teaching, giving an example of where you have identified a knowledge gap and how you addressed this.
